Physical orders are normally prepared within 1-2 business days. High-demand periods, holidays, pre-orders, or products with specific lead times may take longer; any different conditions are shown before purchase.

You will receive the order confirmation through the contact details provided during purchase.

For destinations normally served, delivery is estimated at approximately 3-5 business days after dispatch. Dates shown are estimates unless a date or period is expressly agreed as binding.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods are delivered without undue delay and within the periods required by applicable consumer law.

For orders of €50 or more, standard shipping is free where that offer is shown as available. For lower order values, the applicable shipping cost is displayed before payment.

Delivery availability, territorial restrictions, and applicable costs are shown before the order is submitted. Any import charges or formalities applicable at destination remain governed by applicable law and the information presented during purchase.

For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage passes when you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, physically acquire the goods, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Check the delivery address before completing the order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible; a change cannot be guaranteed once preparation or dispatch has started.

Prompt notice helps us resolve the issue quickly, but it does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
