If you buy as a consumer and no statutory exception applies, you normally have 14 days from delivery of the goods to tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract, without giving a reason.

To exercise the right, send a clear statement to andreamagelli@iamnobody.live within the applicable period and include enough information to identify the order. After notifying us, return the goods within the following 14 days unless a different lawful instruction is provided.

In addition to statutory rights, physical books purchased directly from the shop have a voluntary commercial return window of up to 30 days from delivery, subject to the conditions communicated for that policy.

This voluntary extension does not reduce the statutory withdrawal right or remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods. During the statutory withdrawal period, you may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; you may be responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Where a statutory withdrawal is valid, we refund the payments due, including the original standard delivery cost to the extent required by law, within 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal decision.

The refund may be withheld until the goods are received back or until you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed, and without additional fees for the consumer.

Direct return costs are borne by the customer where the law allows and this has been properly disclosed, except for an incorrect, faulty, or non-conforming product or where otherwise agreed.

If digital content supplied without a tangible medium is offered in the future, the applicable conditions will be shown before purchase.

The withdrawal right may be lost after supply begins only in the cases and under the conditions provided by law, including, where required, the consumer's prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost.

Statutory conformity rights and other mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected. Asking you to contact us promptly only helps us handle the issue and does not create an additional forfeiture deadline beyond applicable law.
